Adult BEGINNING CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Class Description:
Emphasis on body alignment and body awareness. Gentle warm-up, stretching, body-conditioning exercises, and fun dance combinations. You will develop strength, flexibility and confidence.

Tuesday 6:50 - 7:50pm
Friday 12-1pm
First Semester: Oct. 1 - Jan. 31 ( 12 weeks )
Second Semester: March 4 - May 30 ( 12 weeks )
Pricing:
1 class/week, one semester: $190
2 classes/week, one semester: $320
Drop-in: $20
Attire:
Leggings, T-shirt or leotard, bare feet or cotton socks.
Registration: No registration fee require, but sign-up Waiver/ Registration form needed before the first class.
1st Semester: Due by Sept. 24th
2nd Semester: Due by Feb. 25th
